I've been trying to get emails/questions/forum posts just generally answered for around 2 months.
So my suggestion, better communication for those of us who are already looking into the con season. That's all.
I am really sorry about having issues getting in touch with us. There has been snafu with our mail client not forwarding email to the staff. We have resolved this and everyone should be receiving a reply very soon. Again so very sorry for all the lack of update but good things are on the way.
